  • Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Visa, Etransfer, Cheque and MasterCard.

  • Yes. In most cases Nursing Foot Care services are covered by extended medical plans when offered by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Clients will receive a receipt at the end of the visit that includes the total amount paid for the service for which they can then submit a claim to their insurance company.

  • Yes. The Canada Revenue Agency recognizes this service as a medical expense. The client can keep their receipts and claim back the expense on their tax return.

  • Services are providing in your residence, long term care facility, hospital or in our clinics.

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. This is to allow another client in need of foot care to be able to take the spot.

  • The stainless steel tools are cleaned and sterilized by following BC’s Best Practice Guidelines for Cleaning, Disinfection & Sterilization. Single-use tools are disposed of after each client.

  • The 45 min to 1 hour initial appointment includes a medical history, shoe assessment, mobility assessment, neuropathy assessment (if diabetic), foot care, education, recommendations, foot care tips and/or further referrals.
